Nous vous enseignerons quelques bases du kayak, puis nous partirons pour une aventure en pleine conscience sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent. Au cours de notre kayak, nous vous guiderons à travers différentes pratiques de pleine conscience sur l'eau.

Le Plan
10:00 - 10:30 am: Meet at the Welcome Centre at the main entrance for Mount Saint Bruno.
10:30 am: Discussion on creativity and mindfulness. We will explore how being creative leads to more flexible thinking, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
11:00: Mindful hiking and photography: as we hike, we will focus on what we see and capture the details through mindful photography.
12:00 - 1:00 pm: Lunch and mindful eating practice. We will take some time to connect with each other and our lunches through mindful connection and mindful eating practice.
1:00 pm: Making Land Art.
We will connect with materials we find in nature and create art and sculptures with what we find. I will guide you on connecting mindfully with your materials and observing your thought processes as you create. We will then photograph (with our phones or cameras) what we have made.
This is a deep mindfulness practice that does not disappoint!
1:30 pm: Discussion on incorporating creative and mindful practices into your day-to-day life.

Do I need to bring anything? Yes, please pack your own lunch, water, and any other essentials for a day outside.
Is transportation included? No, transportation and park entry passes are not included. You can check our Facebook Page for carpooling options.
What's your cancellation policy? Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7-30 days will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds are available within 7 days of the event. However, your ticket can be credited toward a future retreat.
