Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy is the practice of being in nature as a means to promote healing and growth. Living in an ever-increasing world of technology and disconnected from the natural rhythm of our world, mindfulness in nature is an authentic way to ease the symptoms of anxiety and depression, to prevent burnout, improve cognitive functioning, and promote physical health.
